Program information:
Students 6 years old through 12 years will learn kitchen safety, accurate measurements, how to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including fresh soups and sauces with herbs from FCCC's garden, and other practical skills, such as dining etiquette, and how to "clean as you go" with Culinary Instructor, Charlotte Chastain.
